This is a key role part of our digital transformation journey. We are looking for an experienced Chatbot Conversation Designer to establish, manage, tune, and grow our Bot experiences.
You will be an expert in the use of Natural Language Processing frameworks and be well versed in using this experience to design conversational journeys that support our customers however they choose to interact with us. You will have a desire to continually improve our Bots and provide advice and guidance in best practice. Our Conversational UX will form a key pillar in our Total UX journey.
Responsibilities:
- Designing the chatbot conversational flows, including implementation within Natural Language Processing frameworks.
- Monitoring and optimisations of the conversational experiences
- Respond to emerging changes in customer behaviour and optimise Bots interactions
- Work closer with our technical teams to prioritise dependencies
- Work closer with Business SMEs to create quality journeys
- Recommendations and monitoring of tooling in the ever expanding AI market
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with one or more NLP frameworks. Preferably Google DialogFlow.
- Experience operating Bots across channels
- Experience of working in a FCA regulated environment
- An understanding of Quality Assurance practices
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic business, in an area where fast-paced change is essential.
