Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will work on innovative customer experience projects in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning, responsible for creating and delivering conversational flows for customers that empower tangible, outcome orientated customer experiences that improve time to value and reduce complexity. The role will place you in a pioneering position, driving innovative change and you’ll also be an important point of contact, actively involved with multiple stakeholders and project management.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• A Degree level education, preferably within a computing or science domain
• Experience with driving change in customer experience or online optimisation
• Evidence of designing conversational flows
• Familiarity with one or more conversational AI platforms
• Knowledge of NLP technologies and new NLP-based ideas on how existing Intent Classification can continue to be enhanced and scaled up
• Understanding of API led microservices architecture and how APIs can enhance conversational experiences
• Analytical capabilities to extract insights from data.
