Chatbot Software Engineer - JP Morgan Chase

Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements of chatbots, review data to identify chatbot intents, build & test intents, and designing and developing dialog conversations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Architects and other teams to deliver software
• Align with the security standards and guidelines to ensure systems are secure and protected

Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on development experience throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Experience with Amelia chatbot or any other Conversational AI platform
• Build and implement new cognitive functionalities including business process.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Natural language Processing, • Neural Networks, Chatbot and Virtual Agents.
• Groovy or any other scripting language
• Basic understanding of API development using Java, Spring Boot, JPA etc.
• Integrate REST services based on ML decisions
• Understanding of architecture and design across systems
• Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Maven and Continuous Delivery tools.
• Financial services industry experience
• Development and configuration of cognitive modules of Amelia
• Review client chat logs, transcripts and research to improve implementations
• Train different facets of Amelia to enhance Amelia natural language understanding
