The role is for an experienced designer who will be expected to complete complex technical designs for customer contact channels to provide Omni channel experience for ChatBot, Web Chat. The solutions delivered will primarily be focused on cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

What will you be doing?

• Work with Business Analysts to gather detailed business requirements both Functional and Non Functional
• Work with our architecture teams to deliver integrated designs supporting multiple integration points across the Bank 
• Effectively collaborate with multiple technical areas and domain owners, internal and external  
• Managing stakeholders and presenting designs and design roadmaps to the business
• Project governance ensuring that all designs conform to architectural standards and strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Graduate with preferred specialisation in Customer Experience (CX) Design, with relevant work experience or satisfying the relevant skills (above).
  • Rock star thinking - This role requires someone in the top 1% with respect to raw intelligence. The problems you need to solve on a daily basis are extremely challenging because they are real and have tangible impact to our business.
  • Driven to Learn - There is zero training for this job. Literally every week, sometimes every day, you are going to be assigned a problem in an area in which you have no experience. You must love to spend hours reading and devouring information to quickly become conversant, if not an expert, in each of these areas.
  • Outcome Oriented - We have high expectations along with unlimited opportunity to learn, grow and have impact. You will typically have hours or days, not weeks or months, to get each problem solved and move on to the next

Skills that will help you in the role

  • Exposure of Chatbot conversational design and Chatbots
  • Exposure to UX design patterns and tools
  • Understanding of end to end Chat systems
