As a Frontend Component Library Engineer, you will lead the development of and maintain a more scalable UI component library for the Voiceflow platform by working closely with key stakeholders from the Product and Design teams to understand UI/UX needs, their design philosophies, and engineering constraints.

What you’ll do
- Work with a Typescript, React, Redux stack
- Design, build, and maintain a robust front-end component library that will be validated by designers and used by developers. This includes collaborating with our Developer Experience team to create the patterns on how we write, ship, and test frontend code.
- Collaborate with other Front-end and Full-stack developers to leverage new components
- Mentoring the engineering team at large on front-end best practices
- Research and implement internal tools to increase the productivity of Engineering, Design, and Product teams
- Provide technical guidance and support for our Design and Product teams
What you'll bring
- Prior experience developing a UI component library or design system for other engineers
- Expertise in producing pixel-perfect implementation of UI components
- Best practices in how a company writes, tests, and deploys frontend code
- Articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- 5+ years of experience working with client-side technologies including Javascript, Typescript, React/Redux.
